What fourfloor is
fourfloor is a launchpad for Four.meme coins on BNB Chain where every coin has a floor. Each coin is created on Four.meme in Tax Mode from the creator's own wallet. Its tax goes, in BNB, to the coin's own FloorVault: an immutable contract, open source and verified, that nobody controls.
The vault's floor pot is used in both possible outcomes:
- The coin graduates to PancakeSwap before its deadline: the pot buys the coin back and burns it, slowly, then defends the floor on sustained drops.
- The coin misses its deadline without graduating: the pot goes back to the coin's holders as a refund share, pro rata to what they held.
The refund is partial: holders split the pot that the tax filled, nothing more.
Why a floor
On Four.meme, coins that fill their bonding curve and reach PancakeSwap are rare. We measured it on chain on 2026-10-17:
| Coins created on Four.meme's TokenManager2 in 21 days | 153,148 |
|---|---|
| Coins that graduated to PancakeSwap in the same 21 days | 43 (0.03%) |
| Random sample of 3,000 coins created 7 to 21 days earlier | 0 graduated, none past half of its curve |
| Time to graduate, for the coins that did | median 6 minutes; 93% within 24 hours; 98% within 7 days |
Method: TokenCreate and LiquidityAdded events of TokenManager2 between blocks 124,132,000 and 128,164,000, and getTokenInfo().liquidityAdded on TokenManagerHelper3 for the sample. The scripts are in the project's repository. Four.meme's own description of Tax Mode: Introducing tax tokens on Four.meme.
That is why the deadlines are 1, 3 or 7 days: a coin that graduates almost always does so within a day, and a longer window would only keep the pot locked.
The tax and the split
Every buy and sell of a fourfloor coin pays 3% in Tax Mode (Four.meme's own 1% trading fee is separate). Four.meme accrues the tax in BNB and pushes it to the vault in batches of about 0.01 BNB. The vault then splits it, fixed in code for the life of the coin:
| Share | Goes to | When |
|---|---|---|
| 50% | the fourfloor treasury | paid first, at every split |
| 10% | the coin's creator, for life | paid at every split |
| 40% | the coin's floor pot | kept in the vault |
The platform coin has no creator: 50% treasury, 50% floor pot. Wallet-to-wallet transfers pay no tax.
The live floor
Floor per token = BNB in the pot ÷ supply held by wallets. Both numbers are read from the chain: the pot from the vault (plus the pot's share of tax already at the vault), the supply from the coin's balances, without Four.meme's bonding curve, the PancakeSwap pair, the dead address, the vault and contracts. Nothing is projected: the floor only grows with tax actually received. Cards compare it to the current price ("Floor 12% of price").
Outcome A: the coin graduates
When Four.meme adds the coin's liquidity on PancakeSwap V2 (with the LP burned), anyone can call land() on the vault; our keeper does it within seconds.
1. Landing drip. The pot held at landing is released over 12 hours as buy-and-burns on the PancakeSwap pair, at most one buy every 10 minutes. Each buy moves the price by at most 1%, and is refused if the spot price sits more than 3% above its 10-minute average (a price pumped inside a block is never bought into). 2. Floor defense. Tax keeps arriving after graduation and keeps filling the pot. The pot buys back only after a sustained drop: the 10-minute average at least 15% under the 6-hour average. Each defense buy uses at most 5% of the free pot, once per 30 minutes, with the same 1% and 3% limits.
Bought coins go to the dead address.
Outcome B: the coin misses its deadline
At the deadline, if the coin has not graduated, anyone can call expire(). From then on the whole pot belongs to the coin's holders.
Who gets what. Each wallet's weight is the lower of its balance 24 hours before the deadline and its balance at the deadline (a quarter of the coin's lifetime instead of 24 hours for very short deadlines). Buying just before the deadline earns nothing; holding through the final day does. Four.meme's curve, the dead address, the vault, contracts and platform wallets are left out, as they were at the deadline; a wallet on the list keeps its share whatever happens later. The creator holds like anyone else: they paid for their coins.
The list. The keeper builds the list from the chain (every Transfer of the coin, then balances at the two exact blocks) and publishes its Merkle root on the vault, with the full list on IPFS. For 24 hours the guardian can reject a list that does not match the chain; a separate service holding the guardian key rebuilds every list on its own and rejects any difference. A rejected list is rebuilt and republished. After 24 hours the list is final and nothing can change it.
Claiming. Each holder claims their share in BNB from the coin's page in one click. The keeper also pays the shares worth more than a few times their gas, in batches. Tax that keeps arriving after the deadline (the coin can still trade on the curve) is added to the same holders' pot and can be claimed later.
If nobody qualifies. If no wallet held the coin through the final window, no list can be published (the guardian rejects any) and the pot stays in the vault.
Unclaimed shares. 30 days after the list became final, anyone can close the first round: the shares nobody claimed are shared among the holders who did, pro rata, and from then on only they can claim.
Nobody gains from filling their own pot
A creator could trade with themselves to fill their own pot, then let the coin die and collect the refund. The numbers make that a loss. Say they trade 10 BNB of volume through their coin:
| BNB | |
|---|---|
| Tax paid (3%) | 0.30 |
| Four.meme trading fee (1%) | 0.10 |
| Cost | 0.40 |
| Creator share back (10% of the tax) | 0.03 |
| Pot (40% of the tax), even if they held every eligible coin | 0.12 |
| Most they can get back | 0.15 |
| Loss | at least 0.25 |
Whatever the volume, at most half of the tax ever comes back to anyone, and the Four.meme fee never does. The contracts' test suite checks this with real transfers for volumes from 0.1 to 1,000 BNB (testFuzz_washTradingYourOwnPot_losesMoney).
What nobody can do
- The vaults have no owner, no upgrade and no withdrawal. BNB leaves a pot only as a buy-and-burn or as a holder's claim.
- Refunds never exceed the pot: the vault checks every payment against what the pot received.
- A list cannot change once final. A wallet that is not on it cannot claim; a wallet claims each share once.
- A graduated coin cannot be expired; an expired coin cannot be landed.
- The treasury and creator shares are paid at every split and never touch the pot.
- The factory's owner can change the treasury wallet and the keeper and guardian addresses; it cannot touch a vault, a split, a deadline or a coin.
Contracts
The FloorFactory and the FloorVault implementation are open source and verified on BNB Chain. Their addresses appear at the bottom of every page once deployed, and each coin's page links its own vault.
Scanners
Coins launched in Four.meme's Tax Mode show their buy and sell tax on GoPlus and other scanners, and, while the coin is on the curve, Four.meme's TokenManager2 as owner and an external call (the tax dispatch). Those marks come from Four.meme's Tax Mode itself, not from fourfloor.
